Hello!
I started my education career in 2009 as a paraprofessional at Vineland Elementary, while finishing my teaching certification. When I was fully certified, I accepted a teaching position at De Soto High School as an English teacher in 2010. I taught at the high school for two years, and also began my personal education to become an administrator. Over the summer of 2012, I also married my husband, Coach Zeb Hammond. To start the 2012 school year, I transferred back to Vineland Elementary as a 6th-grade teacher. I taught in that position for five years, while also completing my Masters of Educational Administration degree. During that time, Mr. Hammond and I had our daughter, Lo, and our son, Mac. In the Summer of 2017, I began my new position as Assistant Principal at Vineland Elementary. I enjoy working and interacting with our students, staff, and families as well as embracing each new learning experience!
